Lyrics
Ragdoll
Verse 1
There were times when I, couldn't bring myself to cry
There were times when I couldn't sing
You took my life and you tied it in knots
gave me love hearts made out of strings
Chorus
If I picked a Daisy, for each time you blamed me
I could make Daisy Chain for you
Maybe you love me, Maybe you love me not
I'm just a Ragdoll to you
Verse 2
Smiling like a clown
When inside I feel grey
kiss me better just like before
you hold me close, then you push me away
like a toy that's been thrown to the floor
Chorus
If I picked a Daisy, for each time you saved me
I could make Daisy Chain for you
Maybe you love me, Maybe you love me not
I'm just a Ragdoll to you
Bridge
You want me, to be who I'm not
To slip into line, and have it all your way
but who are you, to tell me who I'm not
Your perfect ideal, just isn't real
It's not me
I'm not pretending to be your Ragdoll no more...
Chorus
If I picked a Daisy, for each time you changed me
I could make Daisy Chain for you
Maybe you love me, Maybe you love me not
I'm just a Ragdoll to you
Maybe you love me, Maybe you love me not
but I'm not a Ragdoll to you

Lily is 19 years old, born on the 1st December 1991. She lives in a small town in Wales where she did her first performance at the age of 9 in front of her father and younger brother as her audience. Her father is very supportive in her singing career, and when she was 12 they moved to London so that she could audition for theatre school. The school saw real potential for her, however Lily’s father was unable to afford for her to go.
During her childhood and years running up till now, she’s had many musical influences. These artists include Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and recently Adele, Leona Lewis and Kelly Clarkson.
In 2008, at age 16, when she left school, she went back to Wales to perform at an unsigned artists Cardiff event. Things for her then suddenly exploded and she had bookings for loads of events, mainly around the West Midlands.
After a lot of rejection, she is now a singer/songwriter and was signed to Columbia Records at the age of 18. She has written several songs that she is releasing into the music industry soon.
At concerts she still takes her brother and father, who is a supportive manager to her now.
